It conducts surveillance on local antimicrobial resistance trends among pathogens. Testing to identify and restrict harmful microorganisms, which can spoil foods, and ensure safety foodborne diseases.
Serology
An antibody or serology test is a blood test that looks for signs of a previous COVID-19 infection. It detects antibodies, which are proteins in the blood that fight-off infection. Serology testing helps to understand COVID-19 in our communities.
Molecular Biology
A laboratory method that use a sample of blood, tissue, or other body fluid to check for certain genes, proteins, or other molecules that may be a sign of a disease or condition, such as cancer. It can also be used for certain changes in gene or chromosome.
